01 General Terms & Conditions

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

• You must register under your own name — opening an account on behalf of someone else is not allowed

Baji con reserves the right to permanently close any account created with false information, and any balance in such an account may be forfeited.

KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, though requests made outside banking hours or on holidays may take slightly longer.

04 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Baji con regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before claiming.

Most bonuses come with a wagering requirement, meaning you must place a specified amount in bets before the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, if the bonus is BDT 1,000 and the wagering requirement is 10x, you would need to wager BDT 10,000 before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

07 Account Suspension & Termination Policy

Baji con reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following situations:

• If there is suspicion or evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation
• KYC verification failure or submission of false information
• Unusual or suspicious transaction activity
• Under the direction of a court or regulatory authority

Users may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned through the standard withdrawal process, provided no restrictions apply.

08 Limitation of Liability

Baji con is not liable under any circumstances for the following:

• Losses resulting from technical issues on the user's device
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways
